Imagine the left hook landing on Floyd's face, and the stiff jabs, won't be easy for Floyd, not an Ortiz like fight. I would say hardest fight for Floyd since Castillo. Cotto always puts up a fight, never gets beaten without giving back, if you think about it he maybe should be undefeated now, since he lost to Plasterito and Pacroid.

Cotto has a good, stiff jab but it's also slow. I would pick Ortiz over Cotto right now. Floyd is not the same fighter who fought Castillo, dude is sitting down on his punches now. I disagree so I believe a fight should let us know how Cotto would do, unfortunately I think this fight won't happen, it's high risk and Floyd should fight Pacquiao and take that money because a loss to anyone would ruin that fight and the big payday.

Floyd doesn't stop Cotto that's for sure he doesn't have the power to do serious damage, he couldn't KO old Mosley or Marquez and KOed Ortiz just because he let his guard down.

But NOBODY EVER KO"D MOSLEY OR MARQUEZ!!!!!!!!! Floyd totally owned both of them though. Manny struggled with both and loss to Marquez twice. This Floyd is a in the pocket sharpshooter and although Miguel has all the heart in the world his face isn't holding up well. Floyd was busting Ortiz up within 4 rounds and would do the same thing to Cotto who isnt as strong as Ortiz. Cotto has to get set and Floyd would totally have a field day exploiting that.

I say bring on Cotto/Mayweather. I would love to see Floyd in the ring with a fighter that matches up size wise and has some technical ability to boot. Cotto can atleast throw combinations, and its not like he doesn't have a chin. I think because of the styles, Floyd would have to work a bit harder than people expect. Hell no one can argue that the money isn't right. This fight probably should have happened 3 or 4 years ago anyway but I would definitely pay to watch it now. If they choose not to do it at 154, I think 150 is a reasonable catch weight.

Pac-Floyd will happen, to much money involved in this fight for it not to happen and will surely happen before PBF Martinez and given this, the PBF Martinez will not happen anymore as Floyd will let us alll know how he has nothing else to prove and he is the best.
