I hope Cotto leaves Top Rank, go with Golden Boy and try to make a Floyd fight. I think Chavez Jr. may be too big for him.

If Cotto goes with Golden Boy he can maybe get some nice money fights with Canelo at 154 or perhaps Mayweahter/Amir Khan at welterweight if Cotto can still make that weight.
