Not much of a breakdown really, just a typical Roger interview; some basic stuff mixed with some disrespectful stuff.

It's the same thing when he's talking to Floyd between rounds, he's saying basic stuff and you can tell Floyd isn't even listening, just keeping him happy by saying 'ok' every so often.
