i've never understood why some fighters kill themselves to make a weight class.. if youdont have the energy to fight, what does the size advantage matter? i dont like Rios but i hope he learns from this one and moves up.

People like that don't even belong in the sport. Period.
In case you didn't know....Pac lost his title for not making weight....then he got KTFO!

To be honest I like Rios he comes to fight everytime. Yeah he weight drained, but he still that warrior, he will win, but next fight should be @ 140, you guys see his conditioning coach, NUKKA a fatass, how this fat person going to tell rios how to diet, **** he sell his soul for a burger

Because the energy lost disadvantage doesnt exceed the size advantage

Plus 135 is a weight class where he can be the top guy. At 140 a few guys beat him. And i also think that he just didnt train properly for this fight and gained too much weight inbetween

you are comparing two different situations. pac wasn't at the level rios is. he barely had a coach and was fighting to be out of poverty.

weight problems happen to even the best of them in boxing though. nothing new. disappointing but **** happens. draining yourself is hard ****.

It'll be interesting to see if he has enough energy since he cant rehydrate like he normally does.... Both are come forward types Murray has been training for a fight while Rios has been training to make weight....

                    We will see.....

Damn, dude is effing DRAINED to the max. He weighs 136.6 the minute of the weigh-in. A half hour later, comes in at 135.6 and then another half hour later, he goes back up to 136.6 without even eating anything at all. Even his body isn't agreeing with him. Guys like him should have hired a nutritionist.
