haven't read anything new in that article really. obviously they are going to have to pull out with that silly defamation suit if they want to fight floyd. i still find it hard to believe that arum would be willing to let some investors run the promotion of his cash cow though.

Why would anyone want to sponsor this fight? We have Floyd who made Marquez look like an amateur two years ago, and we have Manny who barely managed a draw against the same man he's fought twice already.

That draw proves that Manny hasn't improved at all and that all his wins the past several years have been cherrypicked.

i don't get this logic. pac got a draw and 2 close wins against marquez. from that perspective pac has already been 'exposed' years ago.
but arum took a safe strategy, and kept pac relevant by matching him against beatable opposition.
