Pacquiao did 2.7 million buys this year, had the 9th and 11th biggest gates in Nevada's history, the most watched boxing match in Mexico's history, was all over the place in HP ads, was the most googled athlete in the world, the 3rd most searched on yahoo (behind only Danica Patrick and Tiger Woods), racked up several multi-million dollar endorsements, was on CBS primetime, was on Piers Morgan on CNN.

How exactly is Floyd the biggest draw in boxing? Because he was the B-side on a DLH PPV back in 2007?

You haters behave as if Oscar fought himself..& was used to doing those numbers! Oscar never touched that stratosphere either! Floyds p4p greatness & persona as the villain, "the Mayweathers" in 24/7, Oscar playing the good girl... combination for mega ratings.. HBO only expected 1 million buys!

Plus Floyd has rallied off 5,(Hatton, Shane, JMM, Ortiz, Oscar) million buy ppvs. Oscar NEVER had but 4,(Hopkins, Tito, Floyd, Pac) million...

      Revisionists....

Yes! The PPV arguments all over again. These numbers mean nothing. I don't care who sold what. Just make the PAC v PBF fight 50/50 and let's move on. Anyone that thinks either guy deserves more is just a fanboy.

When butthurts are desperate they would even cling on to en****** that called their boy "a coward!"

Floyd used to be PPV King until the real PPV King surfaced. PPVs aside, history will look back and identify Pacquiao as the guy who single-handedly carried boxing out of the grave.

If you think otherwise I can't take you seriousLy. That's why he did less than half with hatton as his next fight even with hatton pretty big following. what happened there? Casual fans get turned off with how Floyd fights. Maybe another reason Floyd changed his style a bit(I said maybe, kinda makes sense now that I think about it cause the way he fought Hoya and his next fight with hatton didn't do near as well. Casuals probably dont like the way he fought).
Dude please think objectively. Floyd sold 1 mil more ppv's with ODH than felix trinidad did. ODH felix was a ww unification bout pitting 2 of the 5 most popular fighters at the time, both undefeated. Floyd did 900k with Hatton. How manny ppv's had Hatton been in the main event befoe that? Thats' why he did about haldf as much as he did with ODH, who was only the most popular boxer in the world.

Look dude I'm giving manny as much credit as possible. But guys like you make it hard. Manny is a great draw. But floyd is still at the top. Floyd will have 2 ppv's that sold higher than Manny's best. He doubled manny when they both fought ODH. Against comparable opponents, floyd has outsold manny by a good margin. Manny's best ppv year is still about 500k less than floyd's best.

Why do you feel the need to manufacture and overexaggerate manny's ability to sell ppv's and generate revenue? He's the 2nd biggest draw in the US which is damn good.

Think about what you said. Odh most popular boxer in the world when he fought Floyd. He was suppose to steamroll pacquiao which could've turned off fans from that fight which still sold well. Guys like me? Lol I'm not the one getting butthurt over here cause of my opinion, that's you bro.
I'm not exaggerating anyone's ability of generating sales I just simply gave my opinion that if Floyd fought more he wouldn't ell as much, which is perfectly Logical. Don't let "guys like me"(I can't have an opinion? Lol) make it hard to give a fighter credit. It's not that serious.
