HBO announced the more exact offical numbers for Mayweather-De La Hoya and they have repeated several times in different contexts, the last just a few days ago They were 2.115 mill PPV, not 2.4 mill.

This is why I never believe anything from Bob Arum's mouth, Top Rank or his side of the world, he's a liar, he's admitted to being a liar and yet many gullible "fans" swallow his tripe like its filet mignon. Manny's live gate always does pretty good but his PPV sales have always lagged behind Mayweather, a fact that must drive him insane.

Judging by the way u respond when it comes to manny, he will never deserve it or earn it. Everything manny does u will always have something to say to discredit him but unlike the *****s who come out and make it clear u like to post here and there pretending u don't have anything against manny and that u will give him his props "when" he deserves it which is never in your eyes so stop fronting. U remind me of this other poster who used to have pacman as one of his fav fighter on his sig but would always discredit his accomplishments and when he gets called out on he would use that excuse that PAC is one of his fav fighter and that he even have pac on his sig. Dude I was watching manny when he was with Murad Muhammd. I give him fair credit, as I do every fighter. If the best you can do is criticize the messenegr because you can't refute the message thats cool.

And Mark Twain made his comments over 150 years ago..and made lots of others. And what was HE.......he was a HUMOURIST, one of the greatest in the history of the world, particularly noted for his quips. I've read every single word he ever wrote except newspaper articles.

Let me recommend "Fenimore Cooper's Literary Offences"... It's absolutely hilarious, especially if you've read much of Fenimore Cooper......whichI did, long ago in literary studies courses. Clemens turns out to be absolutely correct, but brings out the errors in such a way as to be absolutely hilarious. I think he begins something like this; "In the first page of The Last of the Mohicans (?),out of a possible 80 literary errors, Fenimore Cooper made 79".

I believe I've seen it on the internet and also a rebuttal, by a modern writer.

I really dislike most of you guys because most here are fake boxing fans. As much as i like Mayweather, i wish he was retired and the same with Manny because most, not all, fake boxing fans will just disappear. To argue about who is king of PPV and to actually think it really defines who is the best is ******ed. I can understand when women act this way but most here are guys.
