I can't argue with anything in your post but the highlighted statement. Rigo was clearly unimpressive versus Cordoba, but it was only his seventh professional fight. In my opinion, "El Chacal's" career is still too new to draw conclusions such as those in bold.

I don't think Rigo will be sleeping on him. I'm quite sure he knows what happened in the Shimoda fight. That being said, I do believe Guillermo is the superior fighter; he'll finish what Shimoda could not.

i dont know NYC, ramos is more experienced than rigo in the pro ranks and if you look at some of his fights he shows good counterpunching skills and overall boxing skills. i seen rigo and he def has the goods (great body puncher) so im not hatin but i just feel ramos has that punching power that can change things at any moment. gonna be good though

i'm so looking forward to this fight. ramos deff has a chance but i think rigondeaux will come out on top. not even 10 pro fights in and he can already be a world champ,

Rico shocked a lot of people in his last fight. That left hook came like a lightning bolt out of the blue. Shimoda must still be kicking himself for allowing it. Like I said, I don't think Rigo will be so reckless. I'm not sure what to expect from this match-up between Rigondeaux and Ramos. The only thing I'm confident about is "El Chacal's" ability. Given both fighters' recent bouts, how their fight plays out is anyone's guess. I'm looking forward to it as well, especially since Rigo has been inactive.

correction donaire will never face rigo, out of the 4 fights that donaire fights at 122 in 2012 i can guarantee you that rigo will not be one of the opponents

if he leans in like the 2nd photo he'll get ko'd w/an upper but Rigo should win w/all his talent.. looks like, xciting bout...what a waste, though, w/such periods of inactivity...who knows how old he really is but hopefully he'll stay busy if he wants the $$ , which hasn't made much of yet...
