Both of their best wins are quite equal. Their secondary wins....Margarito is better. There 3rdtier type of wins...Margarito is much much greater.
Both have 6 heads Lewis on their resume...Then after that who? Marg has Cintron, Clottey, Diaz...Who does Mayorga have? Vargas(you obviously just followed boxing that you might think this win is better than Marg 2ndtier wins cuz' of the name value), Picirillo?
Now what are the next level of wins? Marg has Perez, a young Martinez, Gomez, Lujan, Kyvelos(everyone of them except Martinez and Perez were rated in the top 10 by the ring at the time Marg fought them) who does Mayorga have? Who exactly?
To call Margarito a bum? When his resume is much much more deep and greater than Mayorga is quite laughable. Very much so.
