Tito was the first guy to truly beat Whitaker. And, Tito was having trouble making the weight.

But, Whitaker was done at the elite level by the time Tito got to him.

I don't remember the fight extremely well, but I think I thought that at least one time Whitaker should have been called knocked-down. He basically sit on the ropes low while Tito was punching. That means the ropes held you, that's a knockdown.
