    something that amazes me actually

about boxing is how easily boxing fans forget.

take for example david haye, the guy who stunk out arena's his entire career & had the audacity to call wladimir boring for 3 years. his mouth conned the public into thinking he was as fast as a prime ali.
into thinking he was the most destructive k.o artist since iron mike.

this was all after his borefest against audrey harrison & after he stunk out the whole of germany fighting boxings biggest sloth - then after 3 years of painful earache the public are so nervous he will bottle it again.
''omg he's in the ring, wow it's finally happening''

he spent 12 rounds back-peddling as usual, pathetic punch out, a disgraceful performance in which he blames on his big toe.

now he's likely fighting vitali for another 5 million only to once again back-peddle, only looking to survive so he can talk his way into a big money fight with helenius in a year or so's time.

instead of paying to see this clown run for his life in an utter mismatch only in hope he gets knocked out why don't we/boxing fans/the public say no, go earn your shot by working your way up. actually doing something to warrant a shot & don't say it's because the division is dead, nobody else out there because there is several guys who have done just as much and would likely put up a better fight...helenius, povetkin/boswell winner to name a few.

paying too watch a real warrior that will give it their all. you may say ''nyahahahaye flattens those guys'' i beg to differ.
based on what? him edging a fight against a guy that got smashed by chagaev & beaten to a pulp by a 46yr old shot to **** holyfield? or based on his trash-talking & beating 40 yr old c class heavyweights?

    **** david ''excuse-maker'' haye

oh right, so you rather watch vitali - vs fat no hoper and wlad vs - fat no hoper for another 2 years as haye works his way up again

**** that, i want to see a fight, haye, as ****ed as his reputation is, is a good fighter, a fighter IN-SHAPE

and i'd much rather watch vitali-haye any day of the week than vitali vs mormeck..

and what fighters when they lose do they go to the bottom of the list?
haye lost vs the number 1 guy, he was at number 3 behind vitali, looks to me he is where he should be, if he can't get a wlad rematch why not a vitali fight?

Who is charging to see this?

The Germans don't have PPV TV
The Yanks won't be paying PPV for this
The Brits have ruled out Haye being on Sky PPV

Who is charging to see him? It's a win win as far as I can see at the moment as there isn't a PPV card to be billed here, this will be a free to air unless they stick it with an online PPV merchant, but i doubt it as the Klits enjoy national TV coverage in Germany

boxing is not a bodybuilding contest! most of these fat whatever you want to call them are likely in better shape than haye who clearly has horrific stamina issues which hows by his pathetic punch output.

why is the mormeck fight so bad? he gave haye huge problems and has imo anyway a style that will make it more exciting vs wladimir.
whilst haye opts to go walkies and throw very little apart from a few telegraphed 'hayemakers'
mormeck actually takes risks, has head movement, is good at getting inside/closing distance & will try his best to win not just to survive and collect a pay cheque.

you think a 40 year old 5'11, who hasn't fought in a year is a better opponent for a klitschko, basically says it all

            it's a waste of time

i do in a sense of i would rather see how mormeck got on vs wlad than have a rematch with wlad & haye.

mormecks got a hell of a chin, he's fast & very light on his feet for such a short, compact, stocky guy, he has decent power and i like his style.
wladimir will very likely stop him & i don't give mormeck much of a chance at all really but i think he has a different style, one that wlad isn't used to.
i knew exactly what haye would do and how it would go. mormecks a very underrated fighter & style wise this fight intrigues me.

it's only letting me go back 500 posts though tbh i don't think i was really using this forum at the time. here is some posts off another forum you can verify via google if you don't believe me/think i edited them.
everything was right apart from the left hook i predicted. i even predicted he'd come out with an injury excuse lol

                    by punkkicksass 203 days ago

I think Haye is going to adopt the same tactics he did against Valuev which isn't going to work either as Klitschko can actually cut a ring off & has decent speed of his own.

He's going to go on the backfoot & lunge in and hope to land, the only thing that will land is him on his back from a left hook. The we will all have to listen to David ''excuse-maker'' Hayes b/s of how he was injured & had a bad training camp etc
