Who ever wrote that and stated Margarito contradicted himself needs to get their head checked, Margarito stated he was willing to die in the ring had it come down to that true.

Also states if his eye was that bad he wouldnt be fighting... That is not a contradiction, does the writer expect him to go in there blind and willing to die?

In a sense he is. He willing to do everything to win even die but if eye is mess up he wont take that risk lol ????? It don't make no sense unless somebody other you can explain why it does

Cotto should not have taken this fight. What if he loses? People, no matter if they are wrong or not, are going to believe there must not have been loaded wraps. If Margarito wins, he will be laughing at everyone saying "I told you so", regardless if that is the case. Cotto can only hope he wins or people will say Marg was right all along or that wraps had nothing to do with it.

LOL Who writes these articles? Margarito did not contradict himself. He said he would die in the ring if he had to before giving up. Of course if your eye is permanently damaged before a fight, you're not going to fight because first of all you won't be allowed to and second of all you wouldn't be at your %100. Saturday when Margarito wins, Cotto will apologize and the whole plaster thing will be forgotten for good.
