No , Pac has not lied. He has not made excuses. He did not kill the fight.
Jr. lied, Jr has made a multitude of excuses, and JR has gone on vacation, turned the fight down on many occasions. One day he will fight Pac the next he says he never said that.
Jr. is a control freak. HE freaks if he is not in control.
He comes out and says sign or else , hahaha, there you go , a control freak.

Truth is :
1. Pac said he would make a decision after the holidays
2. Jr comes out and says sign a contract !!! Anyone with sense knows he is a control freak, he is trying to get PAC frustrated but he just as well try to jump to the moon. I will hand it to him the way he talks reminds me of some dude howling at the moon , give ya that.
3. I thought you were a business man, reckon I was wrong. Any business man with an gram of sense wouldn't sign anything thrown in his face without negotiation.
Reckon the contract goes something like this :
1. Jr gets 8 ounce gloves , Pac gets 16 ounce pillows
2. Jr gets 100 mil Pac gets 2 mil
3. JR doesn't require tests ,,Pac must be tested up to the fight , during the fight between rounds and if he hurts Jr they must stop the fight and test Pac immediately for the duration of the fight
4. Fair but firm must be the ref so he will walk off , look away and let JR do his dirty work.
5. PAY OFF THE JUDGES so he wins irregardless
I would personally go over any contract that Jr conjured up with a fine tooth comb and am sure it would be laughable.
