boy, I was gonna tell you to think about it rationally when you came off of whatever s#it your on, but then I remembered that your a *******, and your just constantly that ******. Floyd's not fighting Alvarez in May, and the only reason there's even the possiblity he might is because ya boy is being protected by uncle Bob.

        Yes! This.

Which is why the MGM on Cinco De Mayo was booked BEFORE ma boy's last fight.

        Viva Mexico!

Argueing with someone's who's clearly delusional pointless, so I'm to catch some Zzz's, but before I do, I just have to point out that it was placed on hold a week before the fight when everyone though Manny would run though Marquez, that they expressed it was for Manny, and the May 5 date was choosen because that's thought to be the best weekend for a superfight in Amreica, regardless of the nationalities, shown by Mayweather vs Mosley.

Let me take you on a short stroll through memory lane... the scene is late 2009, the fever for a Floyd-Manny fight is at a breaking point after Manny dismantles Cotto. Everyone assumes the fight is an inevitability for the spring of '10. Now, no one had any arena on hold, why? Because offers were flying in left and right from different casinos, arenas, stadiums, etc. There was even talk that the Wynn group was willing to build an outdoor arena for the event.

It got to the point that Jerry Jones offered the promoters $25 million to host the fight (Floyd and his camp cancelled a scheduled trip to meet with Jones and tour the stadium at the last minute with no explanations). Staples had offered $20 mil, which led to Jones' offer. That was part of the negotiation- getting as much money possible from whoever was going to host it.

Now booking the MGM on cinco de mayo before Pacquiao even fights is either HORRIBLE business or, more likely, an indication that Floyd and his people already had a fight lined up that wasn't going to set off a bidding war. Like Golden Boy's matchmaker keeps telling you but you won't listen, GBP is trying to put together fights with either Canelo or Morales for Floyd.

But if you think booking a date and arena before negotiations begin, before Manny's latest fight has even gone down, without fielding the numerous $20-$30 million guarantees they would've gotten is an indication Floyd's gearing up for a Pacquiao fight... then I got some fine real estate in Atlantis I'd love to sell you

One thing that caught my attention was when he responded to the question regarding the turnout by the public and the press... He said he was DESERVING of all the attention.

Maybe I'm making too much of it, but he sounds a tad bitter and might be losing the humility he maintained throughout his early career. This new attitude could hurt or help him; personally, I'm curious to see what it does for him.

God!!!! Sometimes I really hate boxing .............

This guys resume is worst than Khan's, yet he {like Khan} wants to fight the P4P best WW fighter in the world.

What about fighting the best LMW's to prove yourself first????

Canelo should prove himself at Junior Middleweight first. He is only doing this to get a huge payday. Mayweather outboxes him all day. Does nothing for Floyd's legacy although it really isn't about that for this fight. Pacman needs to step up and fight Floyd before someone else does.
