A good step will be when the are finally in the ring together and the bell goes for round 1.

We all know Pacquiao is not going to make a move till after Christmas, so Floyd it is safe to come out into the waters.

If Floyd is serious he will not sign any fight and wait for Pacquiao to put the finishing touches on negotiation in Jan, plenty of time to promote for a May fight.

If Floyd does sign to fight someone before then, it will just prove that this was just another meaningless statement and how his fans will yet again fall for his lies.
