Its looking like the same thing. Manny pacquiao "depends on my promotor Bob Arum" if manny realy wants the fight he would have or needs to talk to Floyd. But we all no manny has no balls PEDs dried them up and his wife has them in her purse

Investors are not new to these negotiations like, Nelson Mandela's daughter.

Mayweather claims that he is his own boss, he doesn't need GBP to make a deal. If he cuts GBP, out then that's more money in his pocket.

As of right now, there is no fight. Just wait and see before believing conspiracy theories of others.
No, introducing "investors" isnt an important first step, its not even an important step. This fight will have all the investors in the world. Who they are is the last of both Floyd and Manny's worries. Specially when no one is even sure of the other guys intentions. Let the first step be the actual first step, and that is for both promotional teams to agree to meet.

Also, if Floyd and Arum were on good terms, I could believe that maybe Floyd is thinking cutting out GBP, but he and Arum hate each other with a passion. There is no way Floyd is putting this kind of trust in him.

I think this fight gets made, I think we wait it out. But so far, nothing serious has started.
