lol here we have Arum saying that he doesn't negotiate through the media but he's telling numerous media outlets that negotiations are taking place??

I don't buy it, my bet is that Arum is creating the illusion that he's doing everything in his power to make the fight happen, and Koncz taking the photo with Mayweather will show this.

FACT: Pacquiao's 8 ridiculous excuses are absurd

Here is the difference between a genuine boxing fan, and a pig-ignorant Pac-fan..... when everyone heard Bob Arum's latest testing excuse "USADA are corrupt"..... the genuine boxing fans thought "wtf? Dont be ****** Arum, what are you up to this time?"..... and the Pacquiao fans thought "yay, now Manny doesnt have to take the test"

Now you're moving the goal-posts. Now it's not that Pacqiao is above su****ion, it's that he shouldn't have to agree to testing outside of the Commission huh? Pacquiao fans have just as many excuses as he and his team does. Hasn't Pacquiao made several requests that are outside of the Commission's usual standards in his career? Didn't Mayweather aqgree to his demands including the ridiculous 10 million dollar weight penalty? Oh yea I forgot, Mayweather came in over what he agreed to against Marquez so Pacquiao is justified to make requests that go outside of the Commission right? The bottomline is that both fighters made demands/requests that where outside of the standard, with one fighter agreeing and the other fighter walking away to fight someone else. You make nonsensical excuses for Pacquiao in order to blame Mayweather.
