I'm loving all this hate i'm getting in my rep box comments, it's pretty ****ing hilarious.

Face facts, Cotto pummelled Marg all night, and in 2 rounds Cotto was literally on his knees bowing before his master.

Wasn't no ****ing hands of plaster or 'bricks in his gloves', as one idiot poster described, but simply a matter of will.

And Cotto was shown to have little. If i had any money it would all be going on another Tony Montana victory

blowing way out of proportion? you would be stating your case too if you found out you were getting hit with plaster(more than enough evidence for people with common sense to see he DID cheat). i can tell you have no respect for the sport of boxing. just a typical viewer who gets bored of watching a match if there's no blood. do us all a favor and get in the ring with someone and start learning and appreciatting a thing or two of boxing. I bet you that way you will understand Cotto's point of view a little more and stop seeing him as "blowing way out of proportion". Same goes to all Margacheatos classless fans. smh

I do respect the sport and don't condone cheating. But I do feel the punishment should fit the crime. I wasn't part of the investigation and can only go by what I see. And what I'm seeing is Margs is now fighting in a state other than Texas, and against Cotto no less.

Here's what I mean by this being blown out of proportion: Traces of plaster elements were found and per CSAC regulations, it was enough to suspend Margs and ban Capetillo. But criminal charges were never filed and Margs is fighting again. Miguel Cotto is saying it's attempted murder but is still willing to give Margs a payday.

Could it be that Cotto understands that traces of plaster elements is not the same as a plaster "brick", and is playing up the good guy role and casting Margs as the villian to sell more PPVs? Either Cotto is a sellout or he's more understanding than some of you posters calling for Margarito's head.

If Margarito gets Ko in under 6 rounds I will say that Margarito probably did cheat, But if Cotto does not win convincinly and they go the distance i will think that Cotto was just better prepared and did not run out of gas like the last time, Those who think Cotto is just gonna go in the ring and walk through all of Margarito's punches are fools, Hell even Pacquiao would not stay still and trade with margarito because he respected his power.. If Cotto does not respect Margaito'ss power in the rematch and try to trade with him, he will get brutally ****ed up!!!

Heres the thing. We all know boxing is corrupt is ****. I wouldnt be suprised if that "brick" disapeared before the wraps were investigated properly. That and I take ****m Richardsons word on it but that just me.

I am leading towards him cheating but I will give him the benefit of the doubt until I see the fight but mine is more about what cottos face looks like in the end if they go the distance. If hes taking good shots and his face doesnt look torn down then that will make me believe he cheated.

well there you have it. Something other than gauze and tape was found, so it's enough to get you suspended but not banned for life. Like I said, the punishment should fit the crime.

As far as I can see, either Cotto himself doesn't believe it's that bad or he's willing to go against his principles for the money.

They still fought. Thats su****ious as ****. If one fighter is caught trying to cheat that should call off the whole damn fight. But then why mention it at all if it didnt exist? Maybe they wanted to have their cake and eat it too. If its all trace amounts how did Richardson spot it?
