Good test for Canelo...I guess. He now has 40 professional fights, and he has to fight someone who is worth something in the division. Golden Boy probably won't put him up against James Kirkland, because there is a very good possibility he would lose that fight with Kirkland pressuring him and throwing big punches.

Cintron is done. He was done after his second defeat to Antonio Margarito. Never really had that warrior spirit to keep trying in the face of adversity. After the fourth round his corner should have stopped it as he didn't want to be in there anymore. I hope he retires.

Canelo beat the one of the guys Cotto ducked.

Canelo is better than Cruz and Negron. Those two got exposed.

Agreed he looked very winded. He did miss quite a few punches but I don't see why he was so winded. Boy needs to do his roadwork. Also like you said a conditioning coach is needed to help him deal with that heavy frame of his.

Bad stoppage and Cintron the head case needs to retire instead of fighting in title fights he does not deserve. And I remember when HBO actually but on great boxing events unlike the trash they have put on for the last two weeks.

What was cintron doing in the ring? How does he still have a license to box?

His corner should have stopped the fight between rounds. You can't just ask a guy how he feels. Just look at him staggering around. It was really sad.
