Can we at least all agree, Miguel Cotto was never really that good anyway?

    Corrales aint making the HOF.

Gatti may make it based purely on the that he may have been the most exciting fighter of all-time.

But he won't get in on with his resume.

I think Gatti deserves a spot in the HOF IMO.

If someone like Gatti gets in the HOF, then Cotto, Margartio, Corrales, and others should def go in there as well. Gatti was very exciting to watch but the dude has a shit resume.

arum loves in-house fights because no matter who wins he wins.

floyd demanded a 10 million guarantee(same amount he got to fight delahoya) to fight a 140 pound cotto. not possible to guarantee that much for that fight when looking at both fighters situation-cotto fought on boxing after dark and floyd was only doing 350k buys at the time.

floyd demanded 20 million to fight delahoya while he was with top rank but accepted 10 million after he left top rank which proves his demands were not serious and he just wanted to get out of his contract and not have to fight cotto/margarito.

after floyd beat delahoya and became a huge star he never tried to make the fight with cotto even though he was the next biggest star and would have made him the most money(a lot more than the 10 million he wanted before) instead he had a su****iously timed retirement when cotto was on top.
That bullshit again? Do your homework son :

Arum said while Mayweather would have taken the $8 million to fight Margarito, he asked for a $10 million guarantee to fight opponents such as Miguel Cotto and Ricky Hatton, when Arum was only willing to guarantee $7 million.
Arum was offering Floyd less money to fight the bigger draws.

Arum said he was simply not interested in participating in a De La Hoya-Mayweather fight, but not because of his distaste for De La Hoya.

"I don't want to, because if I did that fight, I would be working for such a small percentage, it's not worth it," he said.
Arum didn't wanna make the Oscar-Floyd fight happen, plain and simple.

Like I said, Gatti will get in because he was the most exciting fighter of this generation. That novelty alone. IMO

                      Not his resume.

Corrales won't get in, Margo will not get in yet.

I can see Cotto getting in based on resume.
