Brook hasn't earned the right to fight Khan yet.

Besides, it's a potentially huge domestic bout. Providing Hearn's got faith in his fighter's ability, and his ability to keep him on the books, then surely he can see that it'd be a more lucrative and potentially winnable fight further down the line, once Brook has beat a few top-level opponents and built his name outside of the UK?
