Floyd said the same exact thing about Bob in his latest interview. He won't do business with Top Rank as long as Arum is in control, he'll only enter negotiations if DuBoef is running Top Rank and he doesn't want to make any money for Arum.

So in closing... no fight, but this has been clear for some years now.

That sounds like Mayweather's usual load of garbage. Regardless of whomsoever would be running Top Rank, as long as Arum is alive, he is either the sole or princial owner, and would make just the same anount of money. Arum isn't "running" top Rank per se, it is far to lare and globally spread. its huge corporation, and is run by a board of directors. (with, probably, Arum having the deciding vote).

As is normal for any incorporated entity, large, small, public or private. In Top Rank's case it's a private corporation, founded and owned by Bob Arum.
