Jeff Lacy doesn't need to prove JUYJUY wrong....JUYJUY's own lame opinions do a good enough job of that.

Lacy is in a 'no-win' situation, if he beats Calzaghe then it means nothing because Calzaghe was washed-up. If Calzaghe beats Lacy, it just proves that Calzaghe would of absolutely anihilated Lacy 10 years previous.

It's similar to the Sam Peter situation, America wants another Tyson. I saw clips of Peter last year expecting him to be some kind of world-beater, and I LMFAO because he was so poor. It's the same with Lacy, infact he may be even worse. Don't believe the hype, there will soon be a wake-up call if Lacy finally decides to fight Calzaghe.

You make a tad more sense here...

Lacy doesnt throw the most accurate shots and he does appear to be a clubber...

But your a ricky Hatton fan right...me too! Why are we Hatton fans??? Because the guy puts pressure on a fighter that is unlike anything you normally see...Jeff Lacy is very similiar in terms of pressure and most fighters simply cant fight like tht for very long.

Joe is a pressure fighter as well but he is an aging pressure fighter...young pressure vs. old pressure...

I think it would prove a lot. This would be one of the biggest names he could add to his resume. This would garuntee his place in history, if he won.

Calzaghe isn't a big name outside of Mario's Pizza place in Cardiff though.

10 years ago or today if lacy lands a bomb on calzaghe he would be sleeping like most fighters would he is the strongest SMW ever.........granted I am sure he could be outboxed by some but he is a ****ing monster and he does not run out of gas like Tyson does.

Not near as awful as comparing Peter and Lacy to a Young Tyson.
