The management team of IBF featherweight champion Billy Dib have refused to accept a $700,000 demand for a unification bout with WBA king Chris John. Speaking with The Daily Telegraph, John's adviser Sampson Lewkowicz saw no reason for a fight with Dib, based on the boxer's past performance in the United States against Steven Luevano. And, few American fans are familiar with Dib outside of the Luevano bout.

Are you guys dumb or what? Cherry-picking John is not offering 700k do Dib to fight him. John's team is ASKING Dib 700k only for the chance of fighting John. So yeah, Dib would need to pay 700k to John for an unification bout. No wonder the protected boy has so many succesful defenses... always pulling shiet against the other champs that want to unify with him.
