IDK what Bob did to change his mind on puttin his belt up for the fight with Manny, but I'm willing to bet that he will get Cotto to change his mind about not fighting this fight outside of NY. he main eason cotto decided to do something like this is because he's pissed at Arum for backing Margarito during this entire hand wrap thing instead of him. He feels betrayed by Arum, imo, and is going to do things his way.

I also think he is doing this to make a play for more money.
