Many people and writers thought it was a draw or even a Pacquiao win.
Fans, analysts, fighters, journo's, almost all thought that Marquez won.
Only a few fanboys are still arguing that Manny won, which is hilarious considering that Manny himself knew that he lost the fight.
Find me ONE fighter, who is not financially or politically connected to Pac, who thinks that Manny beat Marquez.
Come on man, you cant seriously think that all of those guys in that post were biased?

That cant be right, he is a pac-fan, why isnt he biased like most pac-fans?
Come to think of it, Al Bernstein thought that Marquez won the first two fights as well, as did Bert Sugar.
Al Bernstein, and Bert Sugar, have the same score as me.
3-0 Marquez.
Pacquiao has NEVER beaten Marquez, and he displayed his worst performance against the 38yo midget version.
Yup, thats right pac-fans, Pac couldnt beat a 38yo midget who was disadvantaged on the scales, but he will beat Mayweather, uh-huh, yup, thats right.
This is how it will work, and I cant believe that folks dont understand this...... because of Mayweathers style, "you will have to make me respect your skills"..... and Pac could not make Marquez respect his skills, so I see damn-near a complete shut-out comin Pac's way..... and Arum has been aware of that for a long time, which is why the fight hasnt happened yet.
Pac-fans, either smarten-up, or save your money for me.
I seriously gotta get in on this.

So if Calderon calls out Wald Klits and Wlad agrees, it is not cherry picking and it is a fair fight??GTFO
you are a clown buddy
I dare you to tell me that you do not think that Pacquiao cherry-picked Marquez?
FACT: They BOTH cherry-picked him
FACT: One could deal with the old midget, and one could not

That brief defensive delay could make all the difference in the world and allow Pac to get off punches like he wants to. I can't see Floyd walking down Pac like he got away with against Mosley and Ortiz. Pac would go ape **** and pat him up if he tried that.
The perimeter will be established by the end of the second round, from that stage on, Manny will be forced to either fight on the outside, or to skip in-and-out to try to catch Mayweather with something.
Less than two rounds later Mayweather will have Pac timed perfectly, Manny will be getting hit coming in, and he will be getting hit going back out.
I think that Roach will throw in the towel about the 9th or 10th round, could even be sooner.

Next, Pac is obviously an ATG and so many levels above Gatti it's not even debatable. His pure will to win alone will give Floyd a fight without his skills, athleticizm and power included.
For you to even write him off like that shows what a dimwit or troll you are.

FACT: In order for a win to be significant, or to be genuinely regarded as "great", it would need to be an achievement that could not be matched by anybody else. If "anyone" could have beaten the guy, then how could the achievement be regarded as great?
NAME ONE FIGHTER THAT PACQUIAO BEAT WHO WOULD NOT HAVE BEEN BEATEN BY A NUMBER OF GUYS IN HIS OWN DIVISION.
Name just one.
Then tell me how the *** that makes Pacquiao " great " ?
Martinez, nobody at MW could have beaten Pavlik or Williams, they were #1 and #2 for a reason.
Diaz - anybody could have beaten him, get real.
Hoya - get real, that was an exhibition match and a total fkn joke. Old, shot, drained, shrink-wrapped, 145lb Hoya would have lost to EVERY top welter, MOST top jww's, and a number of lightweights. Even Marquez would have knocked him the *** out - get real.
Hatton - was never a top fighter, and he was a cracked egg when Pacquiao fought him. He was highly vulnerable, a number of jww's could have beaten Hatton when Pac fought him, as would a number of top lightweights, he struggled with Collazo, Urango, Lazcano, and had just had his clock cleaned by Mayweather - get real, Marquez would have killed him.
Cotto - had just been wrecked by Margarito and battered by Clottey. He was about 4th / 5th in the division at that stage, he was highly vulnerable and ripe for the picking, and..... Pac tried to drain him on the scales. Any of the top welters would have beaten that shot 145lb version of Cotto..... Marquez would have decisioned him easily.
Clottey - this bum is a perennial underachiever who has failed at every hurdle. He is a basic fighter with a limited skillset who for some strange reason chose not to fight back..... that fight was a sparring session designed to make Pacquiao look good, and anybody could pass that test.
Margarito - just *** off, that fight was disgusting. That fight was held for a jmw title, and yet Margarito was a faded welterweight bum who would have been beaten by EVERY top jmw, EVERY top welter, and anyone with good stamina/skills who uses movement - get real.
Mosley - Pacquiao ducked Mosley TWICE when Shane was ranked the #1 welter, and only decided to fight him after he suffered an ugly draw with Mora - SO GET REAL. Mosley had been exposed as shot and being unable to pull the trigger by Mayweather, and then uglied by Mora, he was clearly shot, and THE ENTIRE WORLD knew that he was shot and could no longer pull the trigger, which is the only reason why "padded" Pacquiao finally decided to fight him - get real.
There is nothing great about the "achievements" listed above, and Manny had certainly not achieved traditional greatness before the highly controversial win/loss to Marquez in 2008.
It is ABSOLUTELY FKN ABSURD to mention Pacquiao alongside greats like Moore, Duran, and Armstrong. Ridiculous fanboy ****.
One word..... HYPE-JOB !!

Some people going OTT that JMM was able to be competitive against Pac.....someone as great as JMM was competitive shouldnt come as a suprise. Now move on from it, whether you think JMM beat Pac or not. Move on.
Other great boxers who are comparable to Pac have lost to worse fighters than JMM so why keep going on about it? Its no disgrace to Pac to be capable of losing to the JMMs of this world.
Dont mean Pac would lose to Floyd and because this is what it boils down to at the end of the day isnt it?

I think people are reading into the Pac and JMM fight too much and using it to decide what would happen between Floyd and Pac and you shouldnt really do.
If you make a prediction on FLoyd v Pac based on JMM and Pac you will come to the wrong conclusion.
Marquez is the first live dog that Pacquiao has fought since JMM beat him last time.
You are attempting to compare old men, faded champions, and bums, with Mayweather...... and those guys dont even compare to Marquez.
Good luck with your " wishful thinking " plan.
I ask you, how the hell was Pacquiao supposed to have improved, when he has only been fighting old men, faded champions, and bums?

Cotto would have beat JMM anyway, and a decent SSM would be expected to do well against JMM, before we saw superman JMM last night.
