The way Cotto wins this fight is by doing what Mosley and Manny did, you dont move as much as Cotto did when he fought Tony last time, you step around him half steps and nail him before he resets if you watch the mosley fight Shane did this over and over ran off his shots stepped around hit Tony before Tony could reset.

However Tony killed himself to make weight for that fight, spent a little too much time celebrating that Cotto win
I agree, margs body work against cotto was awesome. But mosley, i do remember him landing quite a few hard right hands to cottos body, aswell has hard straight rights and uppercuts. Cottos face being busted up so damn much makes me raise an eyebrow aswell.

And i agree about how cotto should fight margarito, he's gotta go to the body tho, its crucial imo.

research whats in plaster paris, what they found in the wraps was sulfar & Calcium that is found in glue, which if the wrap was tapped as they say it was that tells you where those elements came from

Whats in plaster paris sounds similar but its not its called Calcium Sulfate, its one element meaning their findings of Sulfur and calcium tend to lead you to think that its in plaster paris, however when you research whats in plaster paris you dont see that.

I hit that fork in the road when they released the results, cus they did report those two compounds, and if not from plaster where did it come from?

So then I saw that micropscope photo of the wraps which is in black and white, the picture is on the web google it.
you notice what looks like Flakes and before jumping to any conclusion I had to think how could that have gotten there?
My answer was maybe that is residue form the adhesive off the tape? I mean the hands were wrapped fully tapped and everything.
So then you do your research into adhesives and glue etc... you find those two compounds right there, both Sulfur and Calcium...

But here is what I am saying look at cotto in between rounds 10 and 11 as soon as his face is whipped he doesnt look that bad, the bloody pictures and the vicious beating give you that effect

Look at Cottos swelling with Pacquiao its twice as much should we say Manny used loaded wraps cus he did more facial damage to Miguel

good point, but remember pac supposedly stacks his wraps. either way, stacks versus plaster, plaster should do more damage

Thank you and how is it that the plaster less Pacquiao did more facial damage to Cotto?

How so? if you look at it, he only destroyed one big man and that was a little big man Hatton, other than that he has had to do what Tony has done, break the man down and stop him in the later rounds.

and again if Margarito did have plaster in his wraps for the Cotto fight it would look much worse than the Pac Cotto fight, no matter how hard Manny hits plaster will do more damage

Cottos face is pretty comparable in damage between the two fights, maybe a little worse in the pac fight. I had never seen cottos face swell like that prior to the marg fight, against other hard punchers. Maybe margs potentially loaded gloves messed cottos face over enough, that his face would react more and more to shots?

He ate alot of hard straight rights and uppercuts from mosley, ate some hard uppercuts from judah, the rest of his competition im not gonna count as hard punchers....except malignaggi lol

But ya, he ate alot of hard shots from mosley, yet had little to zero swelling after the fight, just a small cut on his brow.

Its all anecdotal evidence, i dont think we will ever know, but what i am pretty sure of is dec 3 is gonna be a bright spot for boxing, its gonna be a battle.
