  • Question? If Floyd had problems with Zab Judah, why not Pac

Floyd eventually figured out Zab, but many had Judah leading at the six round mark. So he was in the fight up until the 8th, 9th round on the scorecards before Floyd walked him down and took his heart out.

Judah was a southpaw with speed. If he could give Floyd some problems than why not Pac? Just curious. Pac hits harder than 2005 Judah and quicker

Some are making it seem like Floyd just dominates from the start. Im not saying he wouldn't win, just saying it won't be that easy/

Marquez is used to Pac's style because they had fought twice already. This would be Floyd's first time fighting Pac and he is a southpaw

you just nailed the EXACT reason roger mayweather wont let KFC anywhere near manny

the "shoulder roll" TM- only works against orthdox
the pull counter is a one punch counter- marquez counters with combos

floyd's style was made for an agressive mauler like manny, amir khan is also dangerous for floyd

floyd likes to fight slow fighters who have a low throw output- good example is the JMM mayweather fight- or even moseley who wouldnt throw a jab all night

for all his nut huggers- floyd doesn't really have many options- he defends well- but he cant close it out if he needs to
he can counter well- but he cant lead a fight
he controls a ring well- but if he hussle him he bends over and hides in the corner

lead straight lefts will DESTROY his defense

his elblow block (is actually illegal) but easy to circumvent if you take your time and not play mayfeathers game

The way Floyd solved the Judah problem was to walk forward and attack. If he tries that with Pacquiao he is getting KTFO.

Judah gave Floyd problems because he boxed with him, set traps, timed him on a few occasions. Things Pacquiao can not do.

Aside from being a southpaw and having quick hands they do not fight alike.

Judah didn't even give Mayweather problems, he was competitive for 4 rounds then got dominated.

Apples and oranges Zab is waaaaay better technically than Pacquiao.
The problem is now he's old and shot can't pull the trigger anymore.
Pac doesn't even throw the same punches zab throws. Terrible comparison. Also Pac is not faster than prime Zab.
