I think it is a fair statement. Canelo called out Jr. like crazy. And now that all he has to do is come up to 158 he and his team want a completely weight drained Chavez Jr.

Canelo knows Jr. would win and that is why Oscar and team have not accepted. They know Jr. is too big and hits too hard for Canelo.

As long as we're having a hearing in the peanut gallery, I say Jr. needs to vacate his belt and continue perfecting his craft gradually stepping up his competition as he goes. Then once he arrives he'll have arrived for real.
