I don't think Oscar coming back would garner as much revenue as some of you guys think. Reason why? Oscar is a lot older and no longer has the pretty boy looks, which were a huge factor in why he became a big time star. Also, Oscar's image has taken quite a few hits in recent months with all the sexual scandals. And lastly, the general public now realizes that Oscar was never that good to begin with and definitely won't be any good coming back after three years.

Why anyone would want to see this fight completely beats me.

The nostalgic women and children from a decade ago who are now adults would fork out to see Oscar have one more match.

Let's forget about putting a prime JCC jr in with someone that's a real threat (i.e Martinez, Pirog).

Let's forget about the fact that people have been asking for JCC to step up his competition 4 years ago. Let's forget that.

Now if it was Martinez, that would be a different story. I'm just not as impressed with JCC Jr as others might be that makes me believe this such a mismatch where Oscar has no chance. Even today's version.

I just don't think highly of JCC Jr at all. I favor JCC Jr in the fight. But, don't see a beating. What it can do though is if JCC Jr wins make the Alvarez or a even a Martinez fight that much bigger.

But, honestly I give today's Oscar a better chance in beating JCC Jr then I do JCC Jr beating Martinez.

I don't rate Chavez Jr at all either. Frankly, I think he's terrible.

I agree that an Oscar fight will sell.

And, I also think JCC Jr is terrible.

I think a Canelo fight for Oscar comeback might be a possibility as well. And, a lot of people that are screaming against this fight would not have those strong feelings for Canelo-Oscar. Which honestly is the same damn thing as Oscar-JCC Jr. But, that's neither here nor there.

To me this is more appealing than a JCC JR-Martinez fight. Because, the outcome for that fight is so damn obvious.
