Joan Guzman just won by first round TKO

With an uppercut. He looked a bit chubby, but his movements and elusiveness was still there.

    His handspeed was also there.

I just didn't like how chubby he looked. I know he was never really a ripped fighter. But when he bounced, you can kinda see his **** bouncing too. Not good. This was just the first fight back so I expect for him to look in better shape in his next fight.

Guzman looked good but I hope he doesn't rehydrate so much right before the fight in the future.

And when I say chubby I jut mean relatively chubby for a boxer.

Yeah Dirk, not one punch landed on him, that I saw. His head movement,, footwork, handspeed, counterpunching, was all there. Can't wait to see him against a top 10 JWW. But from what I saw in his performance, i'd say his age still hasn't gotten to him albeit against a lesser fighter.

he's definitely not what he used to be but he still has the same boxing skills

that uppercut was a thing of beauty.

Fighting at 140 instead of 147 will definitely help him look less chubby.

Wish it would have gone for longer, Guzman needed those rounds. Definitely not Guzman at his best but maybe he'll get there slowly, he looked chubby. Wonder how much he weighed in the ring, anyone know?

He looked a little slow at first, but he just steadily shook the rust off, got faster by the second. Guzman landed a nice shot, good counter uppercut, looked good after he got his timing and got comfortable (granted it was only for a short time); Castellano wasn't out, but he really didn't want none after that.

The slightly flabby body doesn't bother me unless it affects his movement or stamina.
