If someone gets outclassed can it still be a great fight.

It's a Pacquiao signature to outclass an opponent and make it exciting. If it's even performance they all boo and are disappointed at Pac.

... But really really outclassed well... most RJJ fights Most Pac fights Most Mayweather fights IMO

I just love to watch boxing.
Damn if Maidana looked like an "average dude" against Khan in a fight with scores of 111-114,111-114, 112-113...I can't imagine what a good fighter, or better yet an elite fighter would do to Khan.

                    Paulie Malignaggi vs Orlando Lora
A very one sided match and can't really call it competitive but it was still a great fight to watch. It really showed what it means to be a pure boxer with technical skills and apply it in a fight not just on a sparring or training matches.

                    Honestly,

                    Miguel Cotto vs Paulie Malignaggi
A very competitive fight with "never give up and never surrender" fighter in it. Paulie started out boxing well but Cotto's were heavy and unrelenting and all those took a toll in Paulie's body for 12 rounds. But still 12 rounds Paulie weathered the shots and fought back a very great fight indeed.

Erik Morales vs Manny Pacquiao I
A very competitive fight and Pacquiao was outclassed in terms of boxing skills. I believe because that fight Pacquiao started learning how to use his right hand more in a boxing match instead of being a one-handed fighter with a simple game plan.

Floyd Mayweather vs Juan Manuel Marquez
Is a competitive fight. I always maintain that Marquez was the agressor in that fight. And Mayweather maintained his counter punching style that entrapped and flummoxed Marquez all night long because 1). Marquez is never an aggressive fighter and 2). Marquez style is counter punching which he couldn't fully utilized against Mayweather who is also a counter puncher.
