If you are looking to blame anyone for the fight not happening look no further than Mannys boss it’s pretty obvious Arum is holding this fight back and as far as I’m concerned he has shown little or no desire to make that fight.

both fought at catchweight and floyd broke their initial weight so he can come in way too heavy..

and marquez didnt fight like a counterpuncherer against FLOYD, he was the aggressor.. to put it simply, marquez didnt bring his A game, he brought his aggressive game which is not what he does best at all therefore the floyd win over marquez hardly counts

ricky hatton fought mayweather at a catchweight, hardly his weight, paid for it when he got KTFO, what did ricky hatton do? go back down to his weight class where he is undefeated and baited manny pacquiao to come and fight him.. result .. 3 ROUND KO

People giving huge credit to the suckerpuncher Floyd can't be serious. Pac-Marquez and Floyd-Marquez can't even be compared stylistically wise. Everyone who saw Floyd-Marquez can tell you it was a boring fight, because Floyd was scared of Marquez, and wouldn't play the aggressor at any point, despite coming in over the contracted weight limit, and being a bigger man already. One of the most pathetic mismatches ever is compared to one of the most competitive matchups in recent years.
