                i really hope it happens tbh, sergio has really got a lot of hype over the past two years among hardcore boxing fans

                I don't understand why so many Floyd/Pac fans are reluctant to see their guy fight Sergio

                  Floyd would be the favorite no matter who's the next "potential candidate" to beat Mayweather.

                  Martínez is the guy that most deserves to fight Mayweather besides Pacquiao and Amir Khan but regardless of how good another fighter's chances are, Mayweather would be the favorite simply because he's undefeated and he's Mayweather.

                  Not that it should make sense, but people would be hard-pressed to bet against him based on consistency alone.
