            why should he retire?

            he just made $9-10 million.

            he can make more.

even if he doesn't need the money , get the money for his grandkids and their kids.

Welterweight, Pacman's turf, is where the money is. Even being at the losing, cheated or simply defeated, Pac's foes get handsomely paid. So I think JMM will stay at 140 to 147 range.

                Stay @140!

I can actually see Juan upsetting and clearing it out.IMHO. (talking about Bradley, Khan, etc.. thats just me though.)

At his age, he needs to stop messing around with weight like that. Fighting at 144[technically welterweight] in 2009, then going back to 135 for a couple of fights, then fighting at 144 again...and now back to 135? No, just no, he needs to calm down with that. He should ask for a 141 CW for Pacquiao, with the WBO WW title on the line...if he wins, just vacate it and fight at 140 and try to win a title there. That'll be titles in 5 weight classes. He was already robbed of having a title in his 4th weight class, but I think this time if the fight is in Mexico and at a slightly lower weight like 141 would be perfect, and neutral judges, Marquez wins. No way they would rob Marquez in Mexico, not because it's his home country, but because how hostile the crowd would get...the judges and HBO don't want none of that, so they'll give Marquez a fair shake in Mexico, more because they have to, for the safety of everyone.

I would like to see him get a shot at Devon Alexander. I think that's a shot Alexander would take right now too.
