JMM has nothing to prove and he will never get a dec win over Pac....ever. Not as long as a mega payday with Mayweather is looming out there.
I'd tell Arum and Pac's team to go F themselves. Their credibility and reputation have been hammered and Marquez can retire a legend or take a lesser (but still big) money fight elsewhere. That sounds like a good ending to me.

Well, since Pac and Arum aren't negotiating a fight with Floyd, in favor of a fight with JMM, than I applaud Marquez for this.
The ball IS in his court, no matter what ANYONE says. Pac and Arum, after last nights revelation, are percieved as avoiding the Floyd fight, for a fight with him. Marquez should demand $10 Million and a fight in Mexico City. If they decline, f**k them. Marquez can still go back down to 135 and fight Rios, DeMarco, Guerrero. Or he could move up to 140 and fight Maidana, Bradley, etc. Or he could retire after making another big payday of 5 million, plus some of the PPV profit.
Than, if Manny declined that fight with Marquez, he would be forced to make the fight with Floyd, or fight Bradley and than it would look even more evident that they are avoiding Floyd.
Manny is in a bad spot right now, even the most delusional Pac fans can't deny that.

JMM should say he wants 50:50, in Mexico etc.
Arum doesn't want to watch Pacman get taken apart by Mayweather and JMM knows this, so he should be a boss and treat Arum and Pac like punks and get what he wants.
No way will he win in the USA unless he stops Pacman. Viva Mexico!!!

thats a fact, HBO Contracts fighters what do you think it means when fighters sign a six or seven fight deal? the networks make millions with them fighting on their network and to have the biggest richest fight in history collapse all because of a 38 year old Mexican nightmare, you think HBO is going to let that happen?
Or the Casinos that had Manny a huge betting favorite with thousands of Marquez fans there who bet on Marquez...
Use your ****ing brain, Pro Boxing in America is Big business its not a ****ing sport... its sports entertainment.

The goal is not to serve JUSTICE to JMM, it is to get Manny a more convincing win. This means that JMM will have to surpass his efforts in fight III because for certain, he will be fighting the paid-off judges, Manny in the ring, the HBO announcers and everyone else who's determined to keep Manny's stock high and sell-able.

He's bright enough to realize that even though Manny's the cash cow, he's the one in the driver's seat. Not only should he insist on the fight being on his turf, he should ask for more than $10 mil guaranteed. $15 mil+ PPV upside sounds about right. This past fight did some monster numbers across the board (9th all time gate in Nevada, most watched Boxing event in Mexico's history, most buys for a Pacquiao fight according to early reports).
They could fill Azteca stadium to capacity in 2 days. If Pac's side says no, JMM can walk away and Top Rank would be forced to parlay with Haymon and co. and if they instead choose to go to some other bull**** like Tim Bradley, the backlash would be epic.
Brilliant.
Marquez should ask for this:
50/50
No cs. Make it at 135-140
Mexican judges
Take or leave it.... Floyd will be waiting!
Wtf at the people saying this should be in the Philippines? Lulz.
