I do think Manny does not care who he fights or else he would be his own promoter .... Manny is down for whatever and Arum is down for Top Rank

Manny likes to outsource as much as possible...that is the only way he can deal with the life as a congressman/boxer/businessman/husband/father/actor/singer/philanthropist

I give Floyd credit for juggling his various passions but im sure he
is outsourcing somethings as well...he is probably more hands on certain
aspects like promotions and business decisions

Disgusting if true. I have half foot out the door already from giving up on this sport. Too much BS and politics involved.

I hate to lose a boxing fan over that kind of stuff...and we all go thru it - just remember what learning about boxing should have taught u.....to roll with the punches, it hurts less. I'm fully aware of the politics and keep up on the news like most of us... but I just let the BS roll off - it's the only way to survive and still love most of the stuff about the sport. All I can say is just enjoy most of the other fights we do get because USUALLY things work themselves out

...they fixed the fight and make it look like a close fight and then gave it to..Pac..Now they are calling out JMM for the 4th fight as a bluff to lure out Jr into offering a fight...now jr is thingking.."I can actually dominate this guy" easy work!! make the fight happen!!! I won't be surprised if May promotions/GBP calls out Pac right away and offer the May 5 fight date...before JMM/Pac 4 materialized......either way, I'll watch the fight... the love triangle's taking place.. crazy thought but makes sense...

Right on. Can't wait for another war. They should keep going until someone gets knocked out. I'd like to see Marquez get aggressive though, don't back pedal for 12 rounds. Kudos to Pacquiao for wanting this again, any other fighter would just move on.

Marquez should have done what he said he was going to do, which was to go for the knockout to keep it away from the judges, but he decided to fight exactly the same way as the last two, with the same results. Hope he learned his lesson. If he wants to win make sure it's total domination or knockout, no close fights.

Manny has lost ALL of his cred. As a big fan of his i am now truly saddened and disappointed by his decision to RUN away from Floyd (funny how the tide has changed when we all thought that Floyd was ducking him). Plus after Saturday nights horrible performance i am now convinced that Floyd will eat his lunch any day any place and any time with one hand tied behind his back laughing the whole time. Easy win for Floyd!

I would totally love to see these 2 again. Its always entertaining. Only thing that sucks is that Pac vs Floyd would all but be canned. Though just a thought here......both Manny and Floyds fight have ended in controversy....I would totally be up for a Floyd - Ortiz rematch. Sure i think Floyd was going to win anyways, but a rematch would have a great story line to sell....AND....it could be a very entertaining tune up fight for Floyd.

So Floyd Ortiz 2.......Pac JMM can hopefully get settled once and for all....then if both win.....MAJOR SHOWDOWN in the fall.
