Yes Marquez went to war vs Kats and Diaz, but he still KO'ed them well inside the distance.

As for losing to Mayweather, what did you expect? This was his first fight jumping 2 weight-classes up to fight the P4P #1 fighter (or #2 whatever) who still couldn't come in at the contracted weight. The fact that Marquez was able to do anything with Middleweight-Mayweather under those conditions further cements Marquez's p4p status.

Flash forward to sat night. Marquez again moves up for his second fight at welterweight, again against the p4p #1/#2 and beats him this time (or I'll allow, 'doesn't lose').

    Marquez P4P #1

Laughin at you clowns!! Pacq has a very tough fight instead of a blowout, and still wins, and your ready to knock him off the p4p spot! laughin my *ss off! doesnt matter how many marq fights he has, will always be the same results... Stylistic wise, Pacq will ALWAYS struggle more against a Marq styled fighter, More So than with a Mayw styled fighter.

Pacquiao lost that fight. Pac should still be top 5 but Floyd is the undisputed pound for pound king of the universe

Yes he KO Diaz and Katsidis but they were competitive with him and that is not worthy of P4P #1 in the world. Malignaggi had a way easier time with Juan Diaz than Marquez who ended the night busted open from shots by a below average puncher like Juan Diaz. You got to look at the full body of work not just one fight.

Marquez is top 5? Yes. Marquez over Mayweather and Pacquiao P4P? Not at all like I said look at the full body of work.

@servilev, dude you are not even close. Off night would be when pacroid looked half way good. Your hero got schooled plain & simple. He blowout JMM if the man fought him with one arm. See pacroid is trying to fight without his juice & now everyone can see what really up with him. No juice, he cramps( oh my foot Freddie) up. Pacroid is suppose to be p4p in the world. With that said you fight through the pain like a true chump. (my bad champ) Pacroid was given p4p because in this country Americans love a winner so long as he/she isn't black. Floyd comes & goes into retirement & still has the timing, skills, knoweldge to come right back & outclass his opponents. Pacroid has the beg someone to fight him at a catchweight so he can look good for his ****** a$$ follwers.

                      gotta be floyd right now.

pac just had a tough fight with a controversial win.

and p4p right now comes down to just 2 people floyd and pac.

don't give me that martinez bull****.

pwill and pavlik is his entire damn career.

floyd and pac had done equal or better 10 years ago.
