Manny and his fans wanted the fight to silence Marquez and his claims that he won the first two fights especially with Marquez being so vocal about it with the all creative shirts he produced. Manny especially wanted to make a 'statement' aka shut him up once and for all.

All they did was produce the possibility of Marquez having to spend his hard earned money on producing more shirts saying 'I beat Pacquiao 3 times', perhaps with more colors this time - this time however you'll have more people buying it. Comprehende?

eh, i wouldn't go that far: Manny has put Marquez on his ass four times. . . It definitely wasn't a one sided schooling - Manny snapped that head back on Marquez plenty of times. . . They are each Captain Ahab and Moby **** - Manny will never get credit for the wins, and Marquez will never get a win. . . Marquez can't go that extra inch to clearly decision Manny without a doubt. . . I initially had it a bit wider for Marquez, but after rewatching it, I scored it a draw. . . 115-113 Marquez, or a Draw is the right decision. . .

It's just that the rounds Marquez did win, he won MUCH MORE CONVINCINGLY than the rounds Manny won. . . I think rounds 4-8 Marquez pretty much rendered Manny useless. . . Rounds 1-3 could have gone either way (i gave manny 1 and 3 and marquez 2). . Rounds 9-12 wre the best rounds of the fight and could have gone either way. . .

the thing with boxing is, a 116-112 scorecard IS NOT WIDE! Think about it, ONLY TWO ROUNDS separates that win from a draw! So are you trying to tell me there wasn't TWO CLOSE ROUNDS in this fight? That you could AT LEAST make a reasonable argument for Manny? I think WITHOUT A DOUBT Marquez won 5 rounds. . . Manny strongly won 3 rounds. . . The other 4 rounds are up for grabs
