Pac was caught of balance a lot as well, out of postion.

Sweet Science almost always loses in a close fight if you are the challenger. Think about it.

pac was the aggressor AND he landed more punches. that's what it takes to win close rounds, its been like that FOR YEARS.

All he kept saying was how he preferred the aggression. He should've had his scorecard completed before the fight even started if that's the case, because Marquez will outsmart you and land some UGLY shots while going backwards.

He landed the MUCH BETTER shots all night!..I jumped like 4ft in the air when he first landed that left uppercut right cross combo!..and Harold Ledderman somehow found a reason to give that round to Pacquiao..SMFH!..

pac didn't really have to play the aggressor. but he had to because no one else will. in the mosley fight he had an almost impeccable defense and was forced to because of leg cramps. well, he lets the opponent hit him to make him open up every now and then.

so yes, he can fight defensively if he wants to, but the big responsibility of making the fight lies on his shoulders.
