Style makes fight. Against common opponent Mayweather had a split decision with Dela Hoya that I thought Dela Hoya should have been a winner. Pacquaio dominated Dela Hoya not a single round won and TKO at the end. Mayweather may beat Pacquiao but he is not a combination counter puncher like Marquez he is just countering with right hand and that's it. Mayweather is a coward if by this time he is still scared of Pacquiao. I agree man, Marquez was not reliant on winning the last round in order to win that fight, and the judge that scored that fight 116-112 to Pac gave that round to Marquez anyway.

Marquez was ahead and Pac needed to pull something out of the hat, Marquez subdued his charge, controlled the action, and closed out the show.
