I had it 115-113 Manny Pacquiao. It was a close fight. No one clearly dominated. It was a fair decision. No Robbery.

im Filipino,and I love Manny Pacquiao as a fighter man.

But as a boxing fan, He did lose.

I'm going to have to watch this one again because other than two rounds int he middle of the fight I did not see JMM dominate...

Looks like I'm in the minority on thinking Pac won though...

because most of us here have watched the fight yet many did not score round after round. Many had their mind absolutely focused on how JMM made clear shots to pac especially in 5th, 6th and 7th rounds, and could not see how Pac won just 1 or a couple of small shots esp. from 8th to 12th. These Pac's shots in the later rounds were almost unnoticeable in comparison to JMM crispier shots in the middle rounds. But man, scoring is not just based in particular rounds, to where a fighter clearly dominated. In my scorecards, JMM got 5 rounds (1, 2, 5, 6, 7) with solid shots, while Pac got 7 rounds (3, 4, 8, 9, 10, 11, 12) with just one or a couple of weak shots!

I think we ALL need to watch this fight again, blow by blow, to form a strong opinion on who we think really won the fight. I definitely will, because that was just too close. Both guys were countering each other most of the night. Lots of feints. Marquez did land more shots that were more noticeable, but then look at his face.. Marquez's face looked kinda swollen and beat. So Pac did get in enough punches to do that to him. According to the stats, Manny did land more punches IIRC, even though their accuracy is about the same. The judges probably noticed that. But really, manny wasn't able to get off on Marquez as well as we thought. Kinda makes me worry about the Mayweather fight now. Styles make fights and counterpunchers still screw with manny.

At the end of the day though, I'm extremely excited for Cotto-Margarito II. Did you see them argue??!

I feel JMM won a close fight. The 116-112 card and Ledermans card is a joke.

Yeah, it's seems like Lederman's scoring of fights are getting worse the older he gets. I think he should be let out to pasture!
