Amongst Evander Holyfield, Roy Jones, Floyd Mayweather, Erik Morales, Marco Antonio Barrera and obviously Manny Pacquaio he is not even close to the 2nd greatet active fighter. Not even close.

Using non huge guys as a starting point because all the top guys get over or under rated depending on who you talk to.

But still choosing from world class guys I have to say~

Under rated- Robert Guererro, rare that 2 division champs get zero love.

Over rated- Amir Khan, he has great skills and talent I just feel like he is going to fold up like a wet card-board box when faced with real problems in the ring again. Good fighter but his weaknesses just get glossed over.

You say that but Khan would maul Guererro, Guererro would have real problems with Peterson too.

I think he means active fighters who aren't completely shot to dookie.
That being said, i'd put him above pacquiao for sure. I think he'd beat a prime barrera for what its worth.
