    • It was close, but after rewatching the fight, I had it 116-113 For Marquez, 7 rounds to 4 with 1 even.

      Pacquiao made 2 major mistakes in this fight IMHO;

First, he gave Marquez to much respect, he wasn't letting go of as many shots as he has recently out of fear of getting countered. In essence he was trying to out-counter the counterpuncher, which wasn't working in my eyes.

Second, and most importantly, he sacrificed his workrate and variety of punches and started trying to take Marquez out by loading up on the left hands to the chin, which Marquez learned how to deal with after rnd 1 of the first fight. No body shots, very little combos.

When i first saw it live i thought it was a lot closer, but now i think Marquez has his best case yet for getting robbed against Pacquiao.

      • It's always something......

blisters, blood given, leg craps, thin socks, shoe stepping,

same boring talking points over and over.
Why can't you guys just admit Pacquiao isn't invincible?

        he lost Saturday nights fight.

        • I'm sure, marquez was in the middle of an exchange and he was thinking "oh, ****, where's his right foot because i have to step on it!" hahhahaha

          • Marquez 8-4, if you are genorous for Pac you can give him 5 rounds but Marquez won 7-5 at LEAST

gtfo with that leg cramp excuse man.

i finally scored it a draw myself after watching it for 4 times, i repeat 4 times already.

it was too close and really could have gone either way.

roach should have just told manny to stand in the middle of the ring and wait for jmm to come to him.

going after jmm who was clearly just intent on countering him left too many openings and made him look awkward at times.

if jmm doesn't want to engage in the middle of the ring, so be it, keep your title then move on.

              but leg cramps? reaaaalllly?

              • If Marquez's biggest fan Max Kellerman had it a draw, no way is it a robbery

                • I had pac in 1,3,4. I had it 114-114. Anymore than 2rounds ahead for either guy is insane. Real close fight.

                    he works for HBO

his career and HBO directly profit from Pacquiao looking good.

If it was against anyone else his commentary and scoring would probably be different

fox news latino, the associated press, the daily telegraph, espn, to name a few also scored it a draw.

what's their excuse for scoring it that way?

it's not an easy fight to judge and by no means was it a robbery.

i just feel for jmm because he deserves a win in 1 of their 3 fights.
