jmm was expected not to do well. it helped magnify what he did. opposite effect for pac.

JMM won fair and square. The fight wasn't close. Pacquiao only landed a few solid shots. I don't get how Punchstat gets those crazy numbers.

a feeling that Arum won't push the Mayweather fight? no **** its set in stone he wants Marquez and Bradley before Mayweather hell maybe add in Cotto-Marg winner.

I really hope Marquez declines the offer but keep on fighting I mean he must know they'll never give him the fight unless he KO's Pac.

*Close rounds could have gone either way. Very good fight. I thought Juanma pull it out but after watching the fight again... it was a very close fight with couple of rounds hard to judge.

1. Pacquiao is a clean fighter; Marquez finally proved that Pacquiao is human. The reason why Pac beat everyone at the higher weights was because he was just the better fighter.

2. Mayweather's accusations have been revealed as bullsht now, and have only showed that he is a coward/ducker. What balls this guy Marquez has to move up in weight and fight Pac , and then to pull off another close fight (he never asked for extra tests or accused pac, what a legend)

3. Pacquiao should either step his game up or retire. Remember the old pac, we saw none of him in the 3rd marquez fight. For some reason, pac has given up his animalistic instinct, the thing which made him great fighter he was. If pac doesnt go back to taking the risks, constant pressure, all out war, then he should avoid a next marquez or floyd fight and retire.

The thing is, I think pac could have easily beat marquez. There were only a couple of instances where pacquiao showed a glimmer of his old self, where he just let his hands go in all out war - and EVERY TIME he did that- he got the better of marquez. If pac wouldve been more aggressive - he wouldve got the knockout.

But instead he chose to box with marquez, only throwing a few punches at a time which was his downfall. He fought marquez fight, and marquez took advantage of that. Pac is no tactitian in the ring, he is a brawler and that is wht got him to the top. If pac doesnt revert back to basics, he should stick to being a congressman.

Fighting Marquez in a 4th fight and beating him doesn't mean a damn thing IMO. It doesn't erase the fact that IMO Marquez out boxed him in all 3 fights and won all 3 fights. If Manny wins in a 4th fight.. BIG DEAL. Marquez still got the best of Manny.

did roach miss the juan diaz fight? marquez cant handle constnat pressure whic pac excels at, yet pac decides to box than to brawl. what the #@$% kinda gameplan was that roach. pac is no techtichan, he is a brawler, stick pac with what hes good at.
