He did it against Johnson and it worked out for him. Granted, Johnson's training camp was probably set up at McDonalds before that fight, but if you look at Vitali's record, he was an early rounds KO master up until his fight with Sanders. He certainly tried to do it with Lewis. I think he could do it with Rahman. Assuming his injury is legit, of course.

Vitali is not a KO puncher. Sure he had early KO's prior to the Lewis fight, but it was a lot of German club fighters, and guys like Herbie Hide and Obed Sullivan.
He's a TKO puncher (accumulation), and I'd be suprized to see him take out Rahman in less than two rounds.

I definitely agree that he is not a 1-punch KO wonder but breaks his opponents with accumulation. We will just have to wait and see what happens, I guess.
