Do you think Vitali's injury will change his strategy?

Assuming that the injury is real, do you think Klitschko will try to KO Rahman early because he will be worried that his knee might not be able to take it for too long? Vitali usually tries to pick his opponents apart for a while, but now I think that Vitali is going to try to jump Rahman to take him out early now. He will catch Rahman by surprise if he does that, I think. What do you all think?

If this injury is real, it gives Rock a bit of a chance where he had almost none before.

If he pushes Klitschko back and around in clinches, he can agrivate the injury.

Vitali shouldn't try and gun Rahman out right away, that's not his style. He's not a big one punch KO kind of guy. He's better suited to throw clubbing consistant shots.

Hopefully this makes the fight more interesting, because up until now (or if this is all hot air) Vitali should walk through Rahman in about 6-8 rounds.

I think if he brings a knee brace then no it wont change his strategy at all as it will allow him to use his knee as usual.

Dude, I said before, I respect Bozo's opinion, he is pretty objective. It is Klitschko's fans that he doesn't like

vitali's already a slow fighter, so having a knee brace wont really make him any slower.

vitali uses his upper body mostly, he hardly uses his feet or legs to his advantage.

as long as the (possible) pain is tolerable, vitali shouldnt have to worry about it.

                Rahman lost thoroughly to Ruiz.

You sound suprized. Did you even watch the Barrett Rahman fight?

This is another weak opponent for Vitali, and the only reason it's acceptable is because he's being forced to fight because for some reason the WBC has made Rahman a #1 contender after his fights with Cole, Meehan and Barrett.

He did it against Johnson and it worked out for him. Granted, Johnson's training camp was probably set up at McDonalds before that fight, but if you look at Vitali's record, he was an early rounds KO master up until his fight with Sanders. He certainly tried to do it with Lewis. I think he could do it with Rahman. Assuming his injury is legit, of course.

I think he will quit in the 5th round as opposed to his previous strategy which was to quit in the 9th.
