    low blows?

No, just kidding. Like I said, Hatton could pick and choose the time to knock Gatti out. If he wanted to beat Mayweather and knock him out in the 5th then he could do so. This would be an easy, easy fight for Hatton.

look, im one of the biggest gatti supporters on this site. but IMO, at 140, gatti can beat anybody except cotto, hatton, or floyd. even against cotto, gatti might have a chance.

but putting gatti against hatton is suicide for gatti.

Gatti has taken a hell of a lot of punishment in the past. If he puts himself up against the relatively fresh Hatton then Gatti would be lucky to escape without some severe permanent damage.

          Hatton within 5.

However, I can't see why people compare the two when talking about a possible Hatton vs. Mayweather match-up. As much as I like Gatti, I have to admit that Hatton is a much better boxer and would fight a more intelligent fight than Gatti did against Floyd. Bear in mind that Gatti got most of his rep from being bashed up. He's a crowd pleaser, not a title holder.

So... what would happen? I'd have it Hatton TKOing Gatti within 7.
I'd have no problem if these two mixed it up. My only experience with Hatton is the Kosta Tsyu fight. I was impressed. I also enjoy Gatti fights but his 'no show' at the Mayweather fight has me concerned. I was suprised at how small Gatti looked against Mayweather. Hatton is younger, stronger and probably physically bigger than Gatti..Could be the Mayweather fight all over again.

              Hatton by KO

Can't understand anyone that would vote otherwise???

              Gatti's SHOT!

oh, mayweathers battering of gatti would be nothing compared to the asswhooping that hatton would inflict on poor arturo.

Hatton would destroy Gatti. Gattin should retire, he has taken too much punishment and cannot beat anymore serious competition. Its too bad someone like Mcgirt did not train earlier in his career he might have been better and he should have stayed from 126-135. He lost power moving up.
