It wasn't back-to-back. There was a month off period at the very minimum between both camps.

And, yes when Floyd fought Mosley that was the best fight that could be made at WW not involving Pac.

Berto was not only ranked higher than Mosley but had more momentum at that time than what Mosley did. So yes when Pac fought Mosley it was NOT the best fight that could have been made at that time.
