I am of the opinion that the Scottish bum ducked Broner. Look at how the styles match up, Broner is all wrong for Burns. Broner has a longer reach than Burns. Broner is a much more skilled boxer than that 1 trick pony Aussie bum Michael Katsidis. Burns withdrew from the fight, vacated his title, and ran away for an easier fight at the higher weight, all because he was scared. Ricky Burns will get taxed as soon as he comes up against a legit top Lightweight. Broner will go on to do great things at Super Feather, Lightweight and maybe even Junior Welter. Typical ***** ass Brit.

I like Burns.

With his lack of power, he could easily fight like Malignaggi or Spinks but he doesn't.

He is in good fights despite not being a puncher.

Something to be said for that.

I think he did. . . I am a huge Burns fan because of the similarities we have. . . But he did straight SWERVE Broner. . . Although I do think he had to really dry himself out to get to 130, I still think he could have gotten up for this fight. . . Maybe he really did believe the weight cutting would be too much of a factor against a speedy, powerful guy like Broner. . . Oh well - Broner will eventually move up and I'm sure we will have another chance for the fight to be made.
